01 Return window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period won’t be eligible for return.

02 How to request a return

Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive confirmation along with detailed return instructions and the approved return address.

03 Return shipping costs

Sayalli covers all return shipping costs.

04 Damaged or incorrect items on delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send this through the same email above, with your order number
• Provide clear photos showing: external packaging, courier label, visible damage or defect

Our team will assess the issue and advise the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund.

05 Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, you’ll be notified of the outcome by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of approval, and the amount will be issued to your original payment method.
